  8. I used to struggle to make it as a writer. I was sending in pitches and I was trying out for small gigs and always getting rejected. I actually thought about giving up and trying something else. Just as I was reaching my breaking point I found a guide that helped me transform myself from the writer I was to the writer I want to be.   9. Amazing article. Ahhhhh. How to be a writer and GET PAID? The age-old question. I used to struggle and worry about being a writer too. I know that feeling of despair.
